Hypnosis bypasses the conscious, analytical mind and taps into the subconscious where all memories reside. Hypnosis is an established therapeutic tool which can help to release, reframe and transform those memories that are stored at the subconscious level. As the old patterns dissolve, it is possible to rewire the system towards healthier emotions, creating supportive habits and making more elevated choices.

Hypnosis is initiated by entering into a state of deep relaxation of the body. This state is induced by the suggestions offered by the hypnotist. While the body relaxes, the brain shifts from beta waves to alpha or possibly theta waves where the person is more calm, focused, receptive and open to healing.

In a hypnotic state the person is totally in control and capable of making decisions at all times.
